But ya see, the problem is, when I'm stressed or busy, I lose my appetite. But my body still NEEDS nutrition, and I still feel all of the
emotional signs of hunger (in my case, sensitivity and irritability), making dealing with stress more difficult.
*Sigh*
Could someone please bring me a steak dinner? Or maybe some Thai peanut curry?
